RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs all returns, refunds, replacements, satisfaction guarantee claims, and related matters arising from purchases made through www.dentinecare.com (the “Website”).
The Website is owned and operated by MVLA Agency OÜ, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, trading under the commercial brand name “Dentine Care” (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Policy forms an integral part of and is incorporated into the Company’s Terms of Service. By placing an order through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to the conditions and procedures described in this Policy.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions.
Opened oral care products are not eligible for return under the standard return pathway for hygiene reasons, but may be eligible under the satisfaction guarantee described below.
Defective or damaged products must be reported within thirty (30) days of delivery with supporting photographic or video evidence.
Consumers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom benefit from a fourteen (14) day statutory right of withdrawal. No equivalent statutory withdrawal right applies in the United States unless required by applicable state law.

1. Scope and Framework
This Policy governs all return and refund scenarios, including standard returns, satisfaction guarantee claims, defect claims, and statutory withdrawal rights.
MVLA Agency OÜ is the seller of record for all purchases made through the Website.
This Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Terms of Service.
2. Standard Returns for Unused and Unopened Products
Products may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the confirmed date of delivery, provided they remain unused, unopened, unsealed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
Returned products must be in fully resalable condition and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
The Company reserves the right to inspect all returned products and determine eligibility in its sole and reasonable discretion.
Due to health protection and hygiene considerations, oral care products, including toothbrushes and related personal hygiene items, are not eligible for return under this section once opened, unsealed, used, or handled after delivery in a manner inconsistent with resale.
Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, where permitted by law.
3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Notwithstanding the hygiene exclusion described above, the Company offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase after opening or using the product, you may submit a request within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
To submit a claim, you must contact support@dentinecare.com and provide a description of your experience. The Company may request supporting information, including photographic or other documentation.
All satisfaction guarantee claims are subject to review and approval at the Company’s sole and reasonable discretion.
The satisfaction guarantee is limited to one (1) approved claim per household. The Company reserves the right to deny claims that are duplicative, abusive, or made in bad faith.
If approved, the Company may issue a full or partial refund to the original method of payment. Physical return of the product is not required unless expressly requested.
The satisfaction guarantee is provided as a commercial goodwill policy and does not constitute a legal warranty or guarantee of specific results.
4. Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Products
If a product is received in a defective condition, materially damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify the Company in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
Your claim must include a description of the issue and clear photographic or video evidence.
The Company retains the exclusive right to determine whether a product qualifies for replacement or refund.
If a claim is approved, the Company may provide a replacement product or issue a refund at its sole discretion.
Approved refunds are processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK)
Consumers residing in the European Union or United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify the Company before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Returned goods must be shipped within fourteen (14) days of withdrawal notification.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable law.
6. Return Authorization
Returns must be authorized in advance. Customers must contact support@dentinecare.com before returning any product.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping risk unless otherwise required by law.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The Company does not accept returns for opened hygiene products (outside the satisfaction guarantee), products damaged through misuse, gift cards, final sale items, or products purchased through unauthorized sellers.
8. Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of Company error.
The Company reserves the right to deduct any loss in value caused by improper handling of returned products.
9. Exchanges
The Company does not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return eligible items and place a new order.
10. Fraud Prevention
The Company reserves the right to refuse returns, deny refunds, suspend accounts, or recover costs in cases of abuse, fraud, or excessive claims.
11. International Returns
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and related fees unless required otherwise by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
